The project
Showcase Decorative Lighting, a Carden Enterprises company, is the Christmas Decor franchise for the Coastal Bend and has been lighting the Corpus Christi area since 2005. Corpus Christi is a competitive market, and Showcase wanted a site that leans into its own brand while still showing the Christmas Decor affiliation.
The goal
Rank for every service Showcase offers in every town it serves, with pages deep enough to stand up to the competition, and make each one easy to update during the season.
What I built
I set up two CMS collections on the existing site: Services, with pillar pages for holiday lighting, commercial holiday lighting, permanent lighting, landscape lighting, bistro and patio lighting, RGB lighting, wedding and event lighting and interior holiday decorating; and Service Areas, with town pages for Portland, Rockport, Port Aransas, North Padre Island, Flour Bluff, Calallen, Robstown, Aransas Pass, Ingleside, Kingsville, Sinton and Alice. The old service pages were redirected to the new pillars.
Every page has images and its own CMS gallery, nothing sits more than three clicks deep, and no page is orphaned. Quote forms send visitors to a thank-you page that is kept out of search results.
Built for search
The pages were written after competitor research and an SEO audit, with local detail for each town, FAQs and internal links between services and areas. LocalBusiness structured data ties the site to the Google Business Profile, which I also optimized, and the new pages were submitted for indexing.

Design notes
A clean white layout with the Showcase wordmark in black, pink and teal, a black countdown bar and teal quote buttons. Full-width night photography of palm trees and homes lit in color leads the home page, and every town and service page pairs a clear headline with a photo grid from its own CMS gallery.
