From hospitality management to web design and SEO

Before web design
Before I went independent in 2019, I spent years managing in food service and hospitality. That work taught me how a small business actually runs: the phone has to be answered, the schedule has to hold, and every customer judges you on the first impression. I build websites with that in mind.

Since 2019 I have built websites and run search for service businesses, healthcare practices, nonprofits and franchise brands. Much of that work is in the lighting industry: sites for more than 50 holiday, permanent and landscape lighting companies across the US and Canada, and more than 30,000 location pages.
