This policy explains how Joshua Silver Web & Marketing Services ("I," "me," "my") collects, uses and protects information on websitedesignma.com. • The pages you view, when you view them, and the page or link that brought you here

• Campaign details in the link you used, such as a tracking code from an email I sent you

The site stores a random visitor ID in your browser so it can recognize return visits. If you later fill out a form, or arrive through a personalized link I sent you, your earlier and later visits to this site may be connected to the information you provided.

Services that help run this site

I use trusted service providers to operate this site and the free SEO audit. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Wix, which hosts this website, stores form submissions and sends email

• Google, for page speed testing and Google Business Profile lookups

• Anthropic (Claude), which helps analyze audit results and write your report summary

• IPinfo, which identifies the general network or organization behind an IP address

If I use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta, they may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether a form was started or completed, so I can measure results and show relevant ads. You can ask me to opt you out at any time.

What I do not do

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your details with other businesses for their own marketing.

How long I keep information

I keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, such as an ongoing conversation, proposal or client relationship, or as required by law. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

• Email: you can ask me to stop sending you emails at any time.

• Access and deletion: you can ask what information I have about you, and ask me to correct or delete it.

• Opt out of tracking: you can clear your browser's storage and cookies, use your browser's privacy settings, or ask me to opt you out.
