Using this site

You may use this site to learn about my services, request a proposal and run the free SEO audit. Please do not misuse the site, including by submitting false information, running audits on websites you are not authorized to evaluate in bulk, trying to break or overload the site, or copying its content for your own use.

The free SEO audit

The free SEO audit is an automated snapshot of a few signals, including page speed, on-page SEO, your Google Business Profile and AI search visibility. It is provided for general information only.

• Results come from automated tools and outside data sources, including Google and AI services, and can change from one day to the next.

• The audit does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls or any other result.

• It is not a full SEO audit and does not replace a professional review.

• You are responsible for any changes you make to your website based on the report.

I may limit how many audits can be run, and I may change or stop the audit at any time.

Proposals and projects

Information on this site, and any free audit or proposal, is not a contract. A project begins only when we both agree in writing to a scope, timeline and terms. Timelines, including rush or expedited timelines for seasonal and time-sensitive businesses, depend on the project and are confirmed in writing.

Search engines, map results and AI tools are controlled by third parties. I work to improve your visibility, but no one can guarantee a specific ranking or result.

Content and ownership

The text, designs, graphics and code on this site belong to me or are used with permission. Client names and project screenshots appear with permission or as examples of my work and remain the property of their owners. You may share links to this site, but please do not copy or republish its content without permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including client sites and outside tools. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

This site and the free audit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. I work to keep information accurate and up to date, but I do not promise that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability
